By using MelodyTox, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Description of Service
MelodyTox allows users to:
- Connect their Apple Music or Sound Cloud account
- Review songs using swipe interactions
- Remove or keep songs in their library
- Discover new music by genre
MelodyTox is not affiliated with Apple Music or Sound Cloud.
3. User Accounts
Users must:
- Authenticate via Apple Music or Sound Cloud.
- Provide accurate account information
- Maintain account security
You are responsible for activity under your account.
4. Subscription & Payments
We offer optional premium features via auto-renewable subscriptions:
- Payment is charged via Apple ID at purchase confirmation.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Renewal charges occur within 24 hours prior to the end of the period.
- Prices may vary by region.
5. Subscription Verification
- Subscription status is tied to the user account and verified using theFirebase UID.
- When a user logs in, their subscription status is automatically retrieved and applied, even after reinstalling the app or switching devices.
- A Restore Purchases button is not required, as subscriptions are automatically recognized for logged-in users.
6. Acceptable Use
Users agree not to:
- Abuse Apple Music or Sound Cloud integrations
- Reverse engineer the application
- Interfere with app functionality
- Use automation or bots
7. Intellectual Property
All MelodyTox branding, design, and software are owned by New Empire Ventures LLC.
Apple Music or Sound Cloud content remains the property of Apple Music or Sound Cloud and rights holders.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
9. Disclaimer
MelodyTox is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted service.
10. Limitation of Liability
New Empire Ventures LLC shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from use of the app.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
