Account Information
When you use MelodyTox, we may collect:

- Apple Music or Sound Cloud account information
- Profile image
Apple Music or Sound Cloud Data
By connecting your Apple Music or Sound Cloud account, MelodyTox accesses certain data through Connected Music Service API, including:
- Saved songs
- Playlists
- Music library information
- Listening preferences necessary to provide app functionality
MelodyTox does not access your Apple Music or Sound Cloud password.
Payment Information
If you subscribe to MelodyTox Premium:
- Payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play.
- MelodyTox doesnot store credit card information.
Usage Data
We may automatically collect:
- App interaction data
- Swipe activity
- Device information
- Analytics data used to improve performance and features
2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to:
- Provide playlist cleaning functionality
- Enable swipe-based music management
- Deliver music discovery recommendations
- Manage subscriptions
- Improve app performance
- Provide customer support

- With Apple Music or Sound Cloud to enable account functionality

9. Subscription & Payment Information
We offer auto-renewable subscriptions:
- Payments are processed securely through Apple App Store.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Renewal charges occur within 24 hours prior to the end of the period.
- Users can manage or cancel subscriptions in their Apple ID account settings.
10. Subscription Verification
Subscription status is tied to the user account and verified using the Firebase UID.
When a user logs in, their subscription status is automatically retrieved and applied, even after reinstalling the app or switching devices.
No separate Restore Purchases button is required.
11. GDPR Compliance
If you are located in the European Union (EU), you have the following rights:
- Access your personal data.
- Correct or update your information.
- Request deletion of your data.
- Receive a copy of your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Withdraw consent for data processing at any time.
12. Consent & Agreement
By subscribing to MelodyTox Premium, users accept these terms and agree that payments are processed via the app stores according to their rules.

- Make sure Privacy Policy references Terms & Conditions, so all subscription rules are legally covered.
Use of these services is governed by their respective privacy policies.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of MelodyTox constitutes acceptance of updates.
